For your consideration is this antique Georgian Bilston Battersea patch or snuff box circa 1775.
It is made of hand enameled copper. The lid carries a hand painted motto of "Always social kind and free, my friend and I will ever be."
Measurements: It measures just over 1.5 inches wide, 1.5 inches deep and is 1 inch tall.
Condition: The enamel is cracked and chipped (please examine photos). Still a lovely and unique additional to anyones antique collection.
