The organic matter of this ancient ammonite has been replaced by dendritic agate and chalcedony. There are little bits of electric rainbow iridescence on this pieces and stunning dendritic patterns. This complete ammonite fossil measures 4.3 inches long and weighs 1.2 pounds. It also fluoresces under UV light, as all ammonites do. Super cool!!!
