ESTIMATED PROCESSING TIME 
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies and is usually on the shorter end of 1-3 business days. Please allow extra handling time for custom items such as mystery boxes.

United States: 3-5 business days (in addition to processing time)
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.



Return policy

RETURNS
We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened, packaging. tarot decks opened mystery boxes are non refundable.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was an error on our end. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank's polices.

EXCHANGES
Our customer's satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like an exchange, please email us.

SHIPPING CHARGES
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
