Tell us your birthday and intention and we will create your custom crystal grid kit. We will provide the crystal grid cloth or wooden board (your choice of material), a selection of raw and tumbled crystals and a written report explaining the choices. All crystal grids are cleansed and charged before shipment.

A lot of time, energy and effort is put into creating these custom crystal grids for you and as such they are nonrefundable. Due to the custom nature of this item please allow for extra turnaround time- up to 2 weeks. We offer no guarantee on the effects of our crystal grids. We will not make crystal grids for intentions of harming or controlling others, such as making a specific person fall in love with you (but we are happy to make one that increases your openness to attract a partner). We also cannot make healing grids for anyone except the requestor without specific permission.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, unopened, packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was an error on our end. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
