I distill my own water, given how many nasty contaminates like Fluoride are in municipal water nowadays. I put my glass colection container on top of this mat so that as the water fills up it is being charged with the flower of life energy to restructure the water. I can definitely feel an energetic change from the water after having done so. I would highly reccomend this cloth for this purpose. Stay love and light my friends. It is the perfect size! I use a water distiller to remove all the contaminates from the water and I am placing this mat under the distiller in order to structure the water into a flower of life energetic field. I have only had one glass so far but it definitely felt energized. So thank you for the easy tool to do so my friend. Many blessings to all =)
